Why doesn't rest always fix tiredness?

Common questions
Is this a burnout test?
No. It is a reflection tool that describes what kind of tiredness you're feeling. It does not measure burnout or diagnose any condition.
Could my tiredness be medical?
Yes, it could. Ongoing fatigue can have physical causes such as sleep problems, anemia, thyroid issues, or medication side effects. If you've been exhausted for weeks despite rest, see a doctor.
