7 questions · about 2 minutes

A quick, kind check-in

Seven quick questions about how your attention works lately. This doesn't test for ADHD. It helps you describe what's going on. Your answers stay in this browser.

A reflection tool, not a diagnosis. No email needed to see your result.

Can a quiz tell me if I have ADHD?

No. ADHD can only be diagnosed by a qualified clinician, using a full history and evaluation. What a quiz can do is help you put words to how your attention behaves, which is useful whether or not you ever pursue an evaluation. This check-in sorts common focus experiences into four patterns.

Scattered

Your attention spreads across many things at once.

Stuck at the start

Starting is the hardest part for you.

Deep tunnel

When something grabs you, you go all in.

Restless energy

Your focus works better with movement.

Common questions

Is this an ADHD test?

No. It describes focus patterns many people experience, with or without ADHD. It cannot tell you whether you have ADHD. Only a qualified clinician can assess that.

How do I get evaluated for ADHD?

Start with your doctor, a psychiatrist, or a licensed psychologist. An evaluation usually looks at your history since childhood, how symptoms affect different parts of your life, and other possible explanations such as sleep, anxiety, or mood.
