Common questions
Is this anxiety quiz a diagnosis?
No. It is a reflection tool that describes where worry tends to show up for you. It does not measure severity or diagnose an anxiety disorder. Only a doctor or licensed mental health professional can do that.

When should I talk to a professional about anxiety?
If worry has lasted for several weeks, feels hard to manage, or affects your sleep, work, relationships, or daily life, talk to a doctor or licensed therapist. In the United States, call or text 988 if you are in crisis.
