A quick, kind check-in
Seven quick questions about the tasks you keep putting off. Your answers stay in this browser.
A reflection tool, not a diagnosis. No email needed to see your result.
Why do we put things off?
Procrastination is rarely about laziness. Usually something about the task makes beginning feel uncomfortable: it's too big, unclear, crowded out, or you're waiting for the right feeling. Naming which one helps you pick the right kind of first step.
Too big
The task feels too large to begin.
Too foggy
The first step isn't clear yet.
Too much at once
Too many things are competing for you.
Waiting to feel ready
You're waiting for the right feeling before you begin.
Common questions
Is procrastination a sign of something more?
Sometimes. Procrastination is common and usually ordinary, but long-term difficulty starting tasks can be linked to stress, low mood, or attention differences such as ADHD. If it affects your work or daily life, a professional can help you look at why.
Is this quiz a diagnosis?
No. It is a reflection tool that describes what tends to get in the way of starting. It does not diagnose any condition.
